Thanks to Kai-Uwe Behrmann my EoG patch can now extract embedded ICC
profiles (currently a bit of a hack as it assumes the profile fits in a
single chunk).

My next step is to create a set of small libraries to modularise the
work required.  Maybe the ICC profile extraction should go into libexif?

This is going quite well... :)
