as discussions goes sometimes too much into details, ColourWiki 
might be the right place to arrange broad informations and specialities in

The opportunity of creating easy editable documentation, link collections 
and comments will hopefully give ideas a permanent place and will help 
finding new ones. Feel invited to publish suggestions, collect tasks and

The ColourWiki site license is a BSD one, for easily useing the content 
elsewhere. BSD has less restrictions than most others.
