[Openicc] XP Color Control Panel

I had a look at this as well. Based on the descriptions that have been
written about Qyranos/ICCExamine (I have not been able to get this to build
on my machine) it looks to me be a lite version of Oyranos/ICCExamine.
Support for printers was very limited and simplistic. For example there is no
way to specify what driver settings/media a particular profile is designed to
work with. It did not find either of my scanners and it does not have a way
to specify profile information for cameras.
Overall I would have to say that it is a baby step in the right direction but
that MS still has a lot of work to do. I hope that we can do better and from
the early specs I have seen for Oyranos it looks to me like we are setting
our sites way higher than MS is.
Also from reading stuff from Microsoft it appears that this is a prototype for
the color control panel for longhorn/vista which will also include support
for the new XML based profile format the MS is promoting in longhorn/vista.
