[Openicc] Do we want /usr/local/share/color/icc as a third profile directory ?

I'm jumping into this thread a bit late, but how about using the
FreeDesktop.org base directory specification? [1]  It's very similar to
the /usr/share/foo, /usr/local/share/foo, etc layout as is typical on
Linux systems, but can be extended as required with extra paths.
