No, because it does not allow you to apply a "no warranty" disclaimer.
If you do apply such a disclaimer, then you are in violation of
Adobe's license terms.
Adobe should create a new license which include a "no warranty" "no
liability" statements (to protect Adobe) but which places no
requirements on redistributors other than that they preserve Adobe's
license statement.
