1: The software doesn't use the "SDK" but simply loads the native
user-space driver,
which comes with some variants of Datacolor's products. This native
driver is called "cvspyder.dll" and at least the function names are
readable. It may not be that hard to extract the API from it - but
this will probably be part of the ColorHCFR software.
2: There's another software, called S2Fly, which was the first one using
that API (at least as far as I know). The author may give you the
reverse-engineered API as well.
Starting from using cvspyder.dll - maybe one can issue the native USB
commands as well - but that's not my expertise and I will stop
issuing ideas at that point.
Stefan
p.s.: The cvspyder.dll thing works with all Datacolor products.
Starting with Spyder2Express for ~ 80$.
