[Openicc] inner versus outer ICC profile names

Personally I don't mind which is displayed, but I do think it's 
important that both be easily accessible.  I have several similar but 
subtly different profiles all with the same "inner" name, but 
descriptive filenames.  Only having the inner names displayed would be 
painful in this case!

In PhotoPrint I have a combo with the filename in, and a text box 
beneath that which displays the inner name of the selected profile.
