[Openicc] inner versus outer ICC profile names

That is something individual. The profile check will be something with 
options to report only or about what to repair in detail. 
I can imagine you will not use such a function ;-) 
After all, a CMS should make such changes only on a users request.

As Lars pointed out, a important reason for the inner name, the desc tag, 
is the embedded case.

For instance, many users will remember the name of a recently installed 
profile and dont find the profile in a applications profile widget. Such 
behaviour generally makes no sense.
A profile check will then sync up and the profile can be found as 
expected.
