[Openicc] Promoting colormanagement... X11

Hello list, hello Graeme
It makes sense, that X11 is not doing color transformations. But it may 
makes sense, that X11 delivers the needed informtion, which monitor 
profile is currently active and delivers also some validation, if the 
current active monitor profile and the current video-LUT fit together.

So every colormanagement aware application has a place to get the 
profile and non CM aware apps function like today.
