[Openicc] ICC support for HDR Images

We have the above GSoC project idea.

In the old text stands something about buiding a convertor between CTL <-> 
ICC formats.

Given the distribution problems with CTL, would we stay on this route?
I think SampleICC has something similiar even not a programmable language.
It seems to be based on the floating point elements proposed for the ICC 
specification.
