[Openicc] CxF and open source (non?) compatibility

For me the question is, can ICC Examin parse CxF tags for profile 
checking and handling or Oyranos integration?

The CxF formulation is not clear to me. A new BSD or MIT assignment to 
the spec with a clear statement about patent exclusion would had helped.
