[Openicc] OpenPrinting Summit 2009: Schedules changed for preparation phone meetings

Hi,

I have moved the schedules for the 4 preparation conference calls for 
the event. They will now be on Tuesdays, in the morning in the US and in 
the afternoon in Europe, two days earlier than the original schedules 
and one hour later at the day.

Dates:

   * February 10: 9am San Francisco, noon New York, 6pm Berlin (5pm UTC)
   * March 10: 10am San Francisco, 1pm New York, 6pm Berlin (5pm UTC)
   * March 24: 10am San Francisco, 1pm New York, 6pm Berlin (5pm UTC)
   * March 31: 9am San Francisco, noon New York, 6pm Berlin (4pm UTC)
