[Openicc] 2009 Google SoC preparations

Hello all,

OpenICC's last years participation in Googles Summer of Code programm 
was very successful. The KDE kolor-manager panel is becoming a shape and 
the compiz project resulted in a new proposal and new questions, which is 
IMO a good sign. According to this activities the new agenda has changed.

The OpenICC GSoC wiki page [1] for 2009 is opened. Ideas, Mentors and 
supporters are welcome.
