[Openicc] 2009 Google SoC preparations

It looked this morning like a typical spam email: Congratulations! from a 
gmail account. Fortunedly I looked closer before deleting and found 
a confirmation for the GSoC programm.

We are accepted to take part 2009 :-)

Alexandre Prokoudine will co admin our application. Welcome.


In an interview about the Oyranos project last weekend with the german 
RadioTux came the question about OpenGL support. This might become a hot 
toppic this year again.
