[Openicc] 2009 Google SoC preparations

the second level domains would be welcome as entry or even a to do web 
page.

Thanks for your offer.

Currently we use the freedesktop.org wiki, which is ok as a collaborative 
site. Technically we need some time to get a place for hosting and the 
usual account stuff. For pushing the openicc movement we will try our best 
;-)
