I just got off of a conference call with the Open Printing folks about the
Open Printing Summit meetings next week in San Fransisco. This was the last
planing session for the conference.

The color management sessions will be held on the morning of the second day,
Thursday April 9, starting at 9AM Pacific (16:00 UTC) and ending at 12PM
Pacific (19:00 UTC). In addition there will be sessions later that day to
talk about the Common Print Dialog (CPD) that is being worked on by Open
Printing. The CPD at some point needs to support color management and this
will likely be discussed during that session. This session is currently
scheduled for between 3:30 PM Pacific (22:00 UTC) and 5:00 PM Pacific (24:00
UTC). Anyone who is a member of OpenICC is invited to attend by calling in to
the following phone number:

OpenPrinting Summit main room
    Dial-in number: +1-218-936-7999
    Access code: 491659#

I will be attending this set of meetings in person since I live near by.

For more information on the Summit please see:

The above web site is currently slightly out of date since some times were
changed at todays meeting. It is in the process of being updated and should
be updated soon. There is also the possibility of additional color management
related sessions during the break out sessions on Friday but these will not be
scheduled until the Summit is underway.
