[Openicc] SampleICC-1.4.0 for Linux

a Linux source package can be downloaded from:

(https is possible too.)

I think to have not changed any source files, but omitted some of the 
tools. The above package contains as well no windows binaries.

Thanks for the modified license! The core is now new BSD (3-clause).
