[Openicc] accepted for Google Summer of Code 2010

OpenICC has been accepted for the 2010 program.

The ideas page is visible to interessted students. We had already requests 
how students can prepare for appliance. A up to date list of project idea
from the community would be very helpful for them. Last year the
tonemapping project was skipped very late in favour of the Oyranos device 
modules. It would be nice to have early feedback on what we want to see 
done.
