This is served by a C API in Oyranos, CLI in ArgyllCMS and Oyranos. GCM
is tightly integrated into Gnome and serves this purpose for Gnome. A
similiar integrated tool is developed for KDE.
Beside this applications can take the fun to ask Xorg itself for a
already configured profile, just like all above set. The Oyranos C
API provides a easy API for profiles set in Xorg on code level.
Compared to ArgyllCMS and Oyranos is GCM a very fat solution, as GCM needs
the whole Gnome stack.
So, if Android is based on Xorg, there are chances that at least ArgyllCMS
and Oyranos might work without modifications or few.
