[Openicc] basICColor with OSI approved license

Hello,

after a conversation with Karl Koch from basICColor, he decided to
change his public profiles licenses to the OSI compatible libz/libpng
license. This means this the L-Star profile can be distributed with a
Debian accepted license. I will try to update Oyranos v0.1.10 before its
release. As well more default Cmyk profile will be available for wide
distribution on Linux and of course BSD.
