[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] Oyranos Version 0.1.10

The long awaited new beta of the colour management system Oyranos is out.
Version 0.1.10 is after more than one year development a major feature 
release.


Changes Overview:
* new modular device configuration
* add CUPS device module
* integrate colour management plug-in for compiz (net-color DRAFT2)
* generate ICC profile from EDID
* new Qt UI for observing Xorg colour management events
* new oForms implementation (subset of XForms)
* completely free licensed ICC profile set
* build on 64-bit osX
* new automatic colour management policy module
* new multi monitor PPM image viewer demo
* more work on CMM framework
* instable headers moved to $prefix/oyranos/alpha/


About:
Oyranos is a colour management system allowing to share various settings 
across applications and services. The provided interfaces are the 
C library, native graphical front ends and partitial access through 
command line tools. Oyranos is based on the Elektra configuration system 
for bsd/linux.


Known Applications using Oyranos:
ICC Examin, the KDE kolor manager configuration dialog and the included 
compiz plugin.
