[Openicc] 0.9.0 release of IccXML

The tagged binary stream is not really convenient to edit. I once
wrote the beginnings of an ICC parser, just to make sure I understood
the spec, and it was ... unpleasant. Having the thing nicely laid out
ready for editing with a text editor sound wonderful.
