[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] Oyranos Version 0.1.11

A new beta of the colour management system Oyranos is out.
Version 0.1.11 is an other release featuring new capabilities.
Most code for this relese comes from Yiannis Belias through his new SANE 
device module. Elektra is integrated, but configure will detect a 
external installation and can use that instead.


Changes Overview:
* integrate SANE device module from GSoC 2009
* add lcms 2 CMM module
* remove colour management plug-in for compiz (now CompIcc)
* no included ICC profiles (now openicc-data package)
* new PNG viewer module
* includes minimal Elektra


About:
Oyranos is a colour management system allowing to share various settings 
across applications and services. The provided interfaces are the 
C library, native graphical front ends and partitial access through 
command line tools. Oyranos uses internally the Elektra configuration 
system.


Known Applications using Oyranos:
ICC Examin, the KDE kolor manager configuration dialog and the CompIcc 
colour server.
