I hereby pledge to add this capability to PhotoPrint once Gutenprint has 
defined a preferred "serialised print settings" format (and ideally, 
added functions to handle the serialisation itself - it would be silly 
for each and every app to implement that independently...)

A robust way of sharing settings is a must, and while PhotoPrint's 
presets are already shareable up to a point, if the queue names between 
creating machine and receiving machine don't match, things get a bit tricky.
