[Openicc] Is CUPS the right place for printer color management...

I cannot speak for the keyword-setting-profile nightmare, it's your
jobs to figure something out here that works, guys, and convince Mike
to grandfather it back in.

But re. the multitudinous options for Gutenprint, the plan is that in
the next versions a preset will get loaded in for each media type,
which gives a decent gamut and linearisation. The current in-driver
color management should be deprecated, so in the end most users should
never have to touch an option again.

I am fairly masochistic in trying to understand things at a lot of detail, but the Gutenprint drivers are so extreme on the amount of detail that I can't even imagine what kind of parameters you'd need to be able to pass with *cupsICCProfile to attach to various profiles. It would be really extraordinary if you're going to account for all of those settings.
