sRGB v4 uses it. AFAIK it doesn't come in a mntr class version, nor should it. Same for Adobe RGB and ProPhoto RGB. It's a mistake of history that they were ever encoded as mntr class profiles. They are not spaces that describe any display device.

And spac class can't always be converted because usually they are device independent, designed to enable conversion between non-device color spaces like XYZ, Lab, etc. For example Linotype-Hell saved all TIFFs as Lab LH.
