I think several people have a good part of these audiences in mind. 
Personally I would add motion pictures and video/tv.
However our resources are limited to few projects if at all at a time. 
Discussions, like the recent ones here on list, are a very valueable and 
helpful to give things a clearer direction. It happend to be just about 
printing. Maybe because it has a comparedly long history.

If you feel ready, you can start a own project covering the input side of 
ICC colour management or join a existing project or just discuss it here.
Perhaps camera, scan and movie people are just lurking and wait for the 
right key words to enter into a discussion. Feel free to open a according 
thread.

Just remember about last year at LGM and a interessting session about 
DCP colour management. Some aspects around it where discussed including 
its integration into ICC colour management.
