[Openicc] Adobe's DNG SDK (was Re: Camera Input Profiling etc.)

The folks involved with our DNG SDK are aware of the issue and we're working
to get things changed to make them more in line with XMP and our other Open
Source projects.  Don't have a time frame, but it will happen...
