Strictly politically, I wonder why endlessly NOW discuss support for
this or that format ... why not rather decide NOW that a certain
format eg. a certain type of PDF will be VERY well supported as a
reference format, and then explain this to app developers? Ideally
this might make the smartest of the bunch, those who really feel color
is important, migrate to or support our designated print format,
support system color, and provide a good initial ecosystem for users.
