Using these profiles rather that 0.1.3 will speed up the loading of
colord substantially. Using profiles with the optional profile-id data
pre-generated rather than calculating the MD5 of each file at startup
reduces the amount of IO done at cold start from 6.10Mb to 2.73Mb on a
typical system. Using these profiles and a moderately fast SSD, colord
takes less than 50ms of CPU time to start.
