Don't know.  If the settings were encapsulated as an XML serialization
it would be trivial.  If not, it probably wouldn't be difficult
(assuming that there's a good library interface), but I can't say for
certain.

Anything can be written, but I don't quite see the point here beyond
ensuring that there's a good accessor interface to that data.
