FWIW, when I profiled my photo printer last year, I measured them when
they were try to the touch, and then remeasured the prints after 1 day
and there was a few percent difference in XYZ values. I think one day
needs to be the minimum for most glossy paper types, although I guess
it depends lots of dye v.s pigment and the paper structure. IIRC there
was a study by a university that showed that certain ink combinations
were not stable weeks after printing.
