[Openicc] GoSoC 2011: CPD and target printing

I do think that as Gutenprint ships with every Mac we could get a little
more assistance on these arcane issues from Apple - is there an official
liaison?

They could test the version they ship, and also proactively document their
colormanagement process so we know what to fix without reverse engineering.
