[Openicc] GoSoC 2011: CPD and target printing

If every app has immediate access to the testchart print circuit, then
printing targets from the app is one more diagnostic tool for the developer
and user of every graphics app: Downstream CMS is now knocked out.

We need dev tools for the application writers anyhow, and printing two small
targets on two apps and visually comparing is one diagnostic aide that shows
whether files are being read in correctly - one can tag as XXX, read in and
compare to another app that is known to read in tagged files correctly.
