[Openicc] W3C recommendations for displaying RGB JPEG images with embedded ICC-profiles

Hello Kai Uwe, hello list,
I would propose, that sRGB is used as a fall back display-profile,
only if the OS do not delivers an valid display ICC profile.

Further more, the usage of embedding of ICC-profiles in Image formats is
described in file format specifications.
But what I´m interested in, would be a W3C guideline for conformance
testing of user agents (browesers) to support embedded profiles in JPEG
and PNG files.

Best regards
Jan-Peter
