[Openicc] XICC actively maintained?

I would like to extent that basic tool to match the spec. That would help 
developers to spot problems by having a reference implementation. 
Currently it is very limited in what it does.

Feels someone responsible about the xicc tool? If so, we can cowork on 
extenting it. If not we can host xicc inside the OpenICC SourceForge 
project.
