Right. Rec 709 is just primaries.

So the "gotcha", if I'm understanding correctly, is that the metadata keys describes "standard spaces" and while there are specs that delineate the primaries and tone reproduction curve, by which the standard space is defined, the ICC display profile doesn't merely describe a color space, but a transform. So there can be different transforms to/from different standard spaces. And the metadata key doesn't also include information on which transform is being used. Is there a way to reference the various transforms uniquely? Is this necessary/beneficial?
