[Openicc] Gutenprint mission as Linux moves towards color managed workflows

Mike,

 I have a question, if I have a queue which is color-management=off, and I
send someone else the PPD with all the ink params etc, he still needs to do
the lpadmin thing or equivalent, or there is a way to do it so that the PPD
also contains this option?
