[Openicc] ICC sRGB Appearance profile assesment

Hi All,

Our aims are to realize the idea of 'Consistent colour appearance' using
the retargeting for RGB workflow. As a first step, we are going to
provide the sRGB Appearance profile. To do this, we would like to obtain
feedback from assessors of the beta version profile.
