[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] KolorManager Release 1.0

This is a feature and bug fix release of KolorManager. 1.0 contains 
features developed during and in relation to the CM Hackfest.


Changes Overview:
* add Taxi DB support (Jan Grulich)
* add profile graph in information panel (Jan Grulich)
* fix blocking internet access (Kai-Uwe Behrmann)
* fix KS capability reporting for KWin in SC 4.10 (Kai-Uwe Behrmann)
* fix KS removal of device atom (Kai-Uwe Behrmann)


About:
KolorManager is a front end to Oyranos´ settings and device configuration.
It can be found in KDEs systemsettings panel. KolorServer is a X Color 
Managmeent compatible colour server.


This version builds successfully with Oyranos-0.9.3 .
