[Openicc] Open CxF File Support

Hello List,
Are there any projects on the way, which can import, manipulate and 
export CxF data in open source environments ?

CxF has been introduces by X-Rite for exchanging spectral-data with 
additional Metadata:

It is also on a way to become ISO 17972

I´m espcially interested on projects, which would be able to convert 
spectral data to color palettes for design applications and for handling 
spot color in graphic arts applications.
