0.9 MinGW build results

Hi,

Thanks for the Windows build fixes. 0.9 now builds without patches.

The test cases are working better, but I still see two errors. I've run 
the test cases under Wine and Windows 7 and I see the same results under 
either environment.

There was 1 failure:
1) test__p11_hash_set_get_clear: hash-test.c:183: should be null

ptr-array-test.exe, conf-test.exe, uri-test.exe, pin-test.exe run 
successfully.

test-init.exe
p11-kit: p11-kit initialization called recursively
p11-kit: p11-kit initialization called recursively
(the program then crashes)
