Yeah. It looks like we can pass the extra strings/flags/whatever into
p11_modules_load_inlock_reentrant().

However, can we defer that processing from C_GetFunctionList() in the
proxy module to C_Initialize()? That way we can take arguments and know
where we're being invoked from...
