Defining header for stapled certificate extensions

I've pushed the new header to p11-kit git master, which includes the two
new #define's needed to make this work with PKCS#11.

CKO_X_CERTIFICATE_EXTENSION
CKA_X_DISTRUSTED

... as well as the define from PKCS#11 v2.40:

CKA_PUBLIC_KEY_INFO

The other discussion in this thread is very good, but doesn't have an
effect on these two #define's, so I figured I'd push it so that it's
easier to play with this.
