Seems like your sysconfdir is wrong (/usr/etc/dbus-1 is wrong), please try 
something like following;

./configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --datadir=/usr/share --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var/lib
