[packagekit] utf8 woes

I hope everyone had a very good Christmas. I've just noticed a UTF8 bug
in pkcon:

 - emit package available, bǣwulf-utf8;0.1;noarch;hughsie, The bǣwulf server test name.
available    b?wulf-utf8         noarch  0.1             hughsie      The b?wulf server test name.

PkClient gets correctly the 'bǣwulf-utf8' name from the server, but when
printed to the console 'b?wulf-utf8' is displayed - anyone got any hints
why this should be so?
