Yes, thanks all. I see that the PolicyKit action

 org.freedesktop.packagekit.update

is defined twice. Hmm... I should probably add a check to
polkit-policy-file-validate(1) to catch this. Also, there's no i18n
setup; I think I provided pointers in an earlier mail otherwise just
ask.
