[packagekit] removing a certain version for the transaction log

It is a problem in rpm python callbacks, When rpm is removing a package 
then it is only calling the python callback with the name of the 
package, there is no other
info. Seth has raised the issue to rpm upstream and Panu has it on his 
TODO list (But it is a very long list).
