Hi,

The following files don't seem to have the GPL text at the top:

./src/pk-marshal.h
./src/pk-marshal.c
./src/pk-interface.h
./backends/apt/helpers/aptBackend.py
./python/packagekit/__init__.py  (empty file, prolly doesn't matter)
./config.h
./libgbus/libgbus-marshal.c
./libgbus/libgbus-marshal.h
./libpackagekit/pk-marshal.h
./libpackagekit/pk-marshal.c

These files have a slightly different GPL text than the rest of the files:

./backends/yum/helpers/yumBackend.py
./python/packagekit/frontend.py
./python/packagekit/backend.py

This file calls the 'version' an 'identifier':

./src/pk-transaction-id.c
