[packagekit] Next PackageKit Release

0.1.2 is hopefully going to be released early next week. There's a lot
of churn and massive amounts of new code:

 91 files changed, 3213 insertions(+), 2144 deletions(-)

Release early, release often is probably a good thing in our case. Do we
have any blockers or would anyone like to slip the release?
